Kamba Ramayanam, is a Tamil epic that was written by the Tamil poet Kambar during the 12th century. Based on Valmiki's Ramayana, the story describes the life of King Rama of Ayodhya.<br/><br/>രാമായണത്തിലെ സീത ഭാരത സ്ത്രീത്വത്തിന്റെ മാതൃകയാണ്. ഭാരതാ ദര്ശനത്തിന്റെ മൂര്ത്തി മദ്ഭാവം ആ ആഅര്ശനം. ഭാവന ഇവിടെ കാണുന്നുണ്ട്. സീതയുടെ ഈ സത്കഥപോലെ ജനതയിലെങ്ങും ഇത്രമാത്രം വ്യാപിച്ച് നിത്യജീവിതവുമായി ഇത്രമാത്രം അലിഞ്ഞു ചേര്ന്ന് ജനങ്ങളുടെ ഓരോ രക്ത ബിന്ദുവിലും ഇത്രമാത്രം തുടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വേറൊരു പുരാണകഥയുമില്ല |
